Even after a 10-hour driving day (with breaks!), I was able to walk without pain after exiting my vehicle. Normally I can't drive more than an hour without exiting my vehicle without a limp from stiff joints. While comfortable, this cushion also is hot to sit on. REALLY hot. I purchased with the more expensive cover, which is supposed to provide better air circulation, but I didn't feel that benefit. On balance, for me, this product is just too uncomfortable temperature-wise to cause me to exclaim "I love it." If you enjoy having your backside sweating constantly, you should buy this cushion. You will not regret the seating comfort it provides, particularly if you spend hours on the road.
