A: No the tap I have is left side.

**Q: Will i be able to instert a pedal crank thread repair bush bushing insert 9/16-20 after using this ?**
A: Yes - Obviously you need to get the correct cutter as left and right pedals are different.
You will need to get a cutting handle as well I also used WD40 as cutting fluid and you will need some loctite. Red is recommended, but I used blue as I already had it. Turning the cutter is really hard, and you need to really clamp the crank. It might be cheaper to get a fix at your bike shop, or use it as an excuse to upgrade - your call :)
