I used it all of 3, maybe 4 times, and the handle broke off. The metal is also so thin that the grater does not hold square, making it very difficult to use when grating potatoes or anything with substance. Wrote seller with my complaint, not only no refund, but also belligerent responses challenging my right to even complain. "Sorry to hear your item is already broken after 3 months. We as a seller do not warranty end user. You can go ahead and contact Norpro and see if they willing to replace it for you if they offer warranty on their products. Thank you."
