Both have Caffine as well, so, I have cut out regular coffee. We both have modified our diets in other ways. My husband has cut down portion size and eats less junk food. He still eats almost everything else except fried food.I have had to do more ratical eating to keep up with him, such as:I don't eat beef or pig produsts due to the type of fat they have.I gave up milk (Still eat cheese products) and now drink Unsweetend Almond milk with Stevia as the sweetener. (Milk bloats and causes imflamation!)I gave up carbonated colas and occassionally have carbonated water with orange juice. (Any Colas are so bad for diets)I gave up most junk food, bread, sweets and fried anything.I do eat chicken, fish, yogurt, nuts, vegis and fruits.I can have a piece of dark chocolate and I do schedule treats like Chocolate Almond milk, Crackers, and other items just occassionally. I really don't miss the bad eating and feel energized and never hungry everyday!My husband has the last 10 pounds and I have 30 more to go, but, we are commited after getting such good results from our program.
