A: Once opened a packet, you'd better keep it in a fridge.  But it will last for a long surprisingly!

**Q: Is this product vegetarian.?.............any animal additives?**
A: Yes it vegetarian and no animal additives... but its a bit salty so best to soak it for awhile

**Q: Is this Ya Cai??**
A: I don't know what Ya Cai is but I am Japanese and can confirm this is mustard leaves pickled  in Japanese style. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can you freeze?**
A: I don't know that it's ok or bad nutritionally after freez but I do every time and it's fine for me. I can't finish all once so I divide a few little packs. I don't feel any difference the taste.
