I decided to write a review because I knew how badly I needed reviews when I bought this product. I paid for HotHeads extensions once and it completely broke the bank AND didn't look or feel as good as these extensions. I'm a broke law student, but my natural hair is short and dead and just looks terrible, so I need extensions to feel confident. I was hesitant to buy these because they obviously aren't one of the big brands and they're cheap. It seemed like one of those too good to be true deals. but its NOT! These are absolutely amazing. I will never buy anything else from now on. My hairdresser said she likes these more than hotheads and the moment her coworkers saw my hair, they ordered themselves some. I ordered 4 packs of these for around $150 total, whereas 4 packs of HotHeads cost me around $560. The after pic is using 3.5 of the packs (I have a lot of hair and was going for length). I only lost one extension over two months, so the tape has held up well for me. Even before washing some of them already started to come off, and then after washing several of them did.So; when ordering these ORDER MORE TAPE I read this from some of the other reviews, but still decided to try for myself. Don’t be that person.Putting them in wasn’t hard and I’m in no way a pro. I literally use TONS of conditioner, masks, moisturizing treatments, and nothing will bring this dead and fried lifeless hair back. All I did was curl it twice and it’s ruined. Worse quality hair I have ever had. Don’t waste your money. Not worth it.Okay so initially after unboxing the hair is literally mind blowing amazing. The girls at the salon were all considering buying some after they got put in my hair.After the first wash they COMPLETELY lost all shine and softness. It feels just like regular hair now and even a little dry. I blew dry the extensions and they became poofy instead of straight and soft. I haven’t tried straightening them to see if that helps improve the “poof” issue yet.All in all I’d give this in-between a 3-4 stars out of 5.
