**Q: Can you substantiate the claimed health benefits? What certification is provided?**
A: It is known to be high in vitamin K2. The Western diet is very low in it, and UPFs even more so. You can look up the values of K2 in various foods some of those will be from lab essays. K2 is highest in Natto and is produced by the fermenting bacterium. next highest are organ meats

**Q: How come the D3 K2 amounts aren't stated?**
A: D3 is a different vitamin from K2, but works in tandem with it, so it is good to take a D supplement with it. Most foods do not supply lots of vitamin D, but you can get it by sunbathing, however, efficacious quantities require you take a supplement

**Q: From which country this Natto comes?**
A: Natto is a Japanese dish but this natto comes from Germany.. hope this helps..
