Both times, I installed it and the engine started and ran flawlessly. The first carb went tits up when I used the primer button. Seems like it blew some gasket out. I still have the original carb but chose not to fix that. A dealer charged me over 250 to clean and tune the first time I had problems. 250 to fix it or 35 to replace.... Easy call.These carbs do not fix the cold blooded issue of you are wondering.
