Some people have likened it to eating cardboard but I really think that's a bit unfair. This is not bread, it isn't soft rolls. It is a product designed to be used on food plans such as THM for the purpose of nurturing a healthy lifestyle and maintaining or losing weight. I think back over the years of dieting I observed in female relatives eating rice cakes, melba toast, etc... and after trying these, I'm thinking that there is absolutely no contest!I even had my husband taste one and he offered me one more bite before he finished the whole thing. However, as someone who strives to eat vegan or plant-based, I was disappointed to discover that the Multi-Grain Crackers NOW CONTAIN MILK, when the ones I purchased locally did not have "milk" in the ingredient list. I'm now wondering if all of them contain milk, but in such low amounts that the manufacturer is not required by law to list "milk" in the ingredients.
