Hope this helps. **Q: Does the footbed get slippery and/or squeaky when wet?** A: Yes very slippery and dangerous. I’ve had 10 pair of olukai flip flops but the last two pair are impossible to walk in if they get wet. I love these flip Flops but after I busted my head on a side walk in front of my kids because these slippery flip flops, I have to switch brands. They are safe for a couple months but then become very dangerous. I notified Olukai and they offered a refund if I bought them directly from them but I didn’t so until they find an anti slip footbed like reefs I’m not buying anymore. **Q: Do they get dirty easily?** A: Funny you should ask, the 2nd day I had these, because I was going to be pressure washing and these are made to be in water, I wore these. As you can see the bottom sides are white. I was in an area where I was washing red clay/dirt off of a sidewalk and house, and to my surprise they didn’t get very dirty at all. And the little dirty that they did get rinsed right off, so I think they should hold up pretty good and clean easy. This is my 2nd pair of the Ulele, and I just had to get another pair in this white sand color. I love the arch support and looks of them. They seem to be great quality and they fit perfectly tru to size. Only thing is, the footbed is EVA, so over time your feet will leave dirty footprints in the footbed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super comfortable *by C***. on July 12, 2025* Love these sandals. Extremely comfortable. Fits really nice. Made to last a long time. Love the arch they provide. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfy sandals with great arch support *by C***2 on June 24, 2025* These are the best sandals. I have worn Olukai for years and my last pairs probably lasted me 10 years. They have a few different types with different arches. I prefer these ones with the higher arch. These are the only sandals I can wear consistently because of this issue so I appreciate their arch support. They are very comfortable and have decent padding and support as well, especially compared to other sandals. Plus they are water proof, and float, which is great if you fall in the water, which I have done a few times. I like the color options. They do run a little small, I normally wear a 9.5, the 10 was extremely tight (which probably caused the chafing I heard some other customers mention), going up 1.5 sizes to size 11 was perfect. One sandal arrived and after a single day some of the glue came off between some of the sections of the sandal, so I returned and replaced it, and after a month have not had this issue at all with the new pair, assume that was a defect, and appreciated the return policy. I wish the bottom of the sandals, and the trim around the bottom, were mostly brown or black or dark colored, I tried a pair with white / cream trim, and it got dirty after a single day (duh, right!?) and didn't look good at all; likewise some of the light bottoms eliminated those as options for me because they would display dirt too easily so would prefer some darker bottoms.
