I have an Infiniti G37 Convertible which the bracket did not play nice with. I ended up mounting it to the rear of the passenger seat, but had to trim and relocate the seat cooler for the bracket to fit in sturdily. Definitely look at your car, as some lower profile seats may not fit the bracket properly, or it may limit how far you can push it forwards/back by quite a bit. However, with some creativity you could probably mount it to 99% of vehicles. Definitely use a threadlocker and double check the bolts regularly.
