I do not suggest washing these in a washing machine. The skirt does flip up, but is sewn mid way, so it does not go up much. The mask is a bit hard to see through due to the screen print of the face. Getting in and out of the suit was not the easiest, but was nice that is has 2 zippers. I ended up using one towards the neck so I can take off the mask easily and see, then the bottom to undo my top so I can access my wallet or anything. Suit is unforgiving in terms of the shape of your body being shown. It's all in one. The back has 2 zippers. One that comes up to the neck and the other that goes down from crown of your head to meet the one at your neck. I could barely see through the mask section and I don't see it being to practical if you're planning to eat or anything. The suit fits pretty well. I'm 5'10, 225lbs so I bought that size and the length was spot on. The hands are thin enough that I can still use my cellphone.
