Nails are stronger
Very easy to take in the morning. I've been taking it for several months and have noticed an improvement. I had been going to salon for powder dips but when COVID started I stopped going to salon. The first few months my nails continually split and broke. They have finally stopped breaking and are growing nicely. I have even noticed an improvement in my hair. Definitely worth a try.

how many do you get in a bottle
I have been taking this product for a long time and today I noticed that the write-up says 180 capsules and the bottle states 200 capsules. Now I am wondering what the truth is on this product. If you have the answer, sure would like to know. Tried to put through as a question, but it would not take. Is it a lie or a misprint???
