I have to retap the hole and use my own hardware to secure the thread lock. The other issue is the the mount will not pivot to a full 90 degree and I have to trim some metal to make it work for me. When attempting to insert the set screw the hole itself stripped out before the set screw even made it far enough in to start to tighten against the pipe. Quality control was lacking. I had to install it at a job site so I had to drill it out completely and insert a small bolt. This ability came in handy to get the picture on the screen properly. It is a good, strong design and I am pleased with the way it came out.
