Review: Keep Them Out for $69.... - Had someone try and kickdown the door...it damaged the frame, so this item was a way to "fix" the frame and add additional reinforcement. The good, for $69, it's cheap insurance, and less than an hour to install. The bad, the screws are too thin, which will make getting the last 1/4" or so in without sheering off the head. Hint: If you have a crayon, put some of it into the predrilled hole, and the wax will reduce the friction just enough to help get the last length of the screw flush. I am going to buy another for the door that accesses the garage.
