**Q: How do I know what size is right for me?**
A: This is correct how ever if you plan on using this for a spector Euro 5 lx or lt get the large the valute on the back of the neck does not let the medium fit right at all

A: I bought a small, and it just barely fits my jazz and precision bass. I would get a medium if I were you.

**Q: If my gtr has a locking nut, would I be able to use this and still be able to play open strings without muting them?**
A: Probable not- the whole idea of this item is to cleanup the slight miscues or string buzz from heavy playing/ distortion. I kind of takes the other strings out of play if you know what I mean.

So no for open strings. Not bad for mythological playing where you want to be super clean around the fretboard. You can move it around too if what you are playing keeps you away from the 1st few frets.

Not bad to have one- you probable would find a use for it unless all you play is heavy metal. :)

They are cheap enough but tend to stretch after a while and the Velcro wears out- than it’s useless and u need a new one.
