Review: Was not happy but made it work - I was so hoping this would be a good substitute for other vegan whipped creams I have used but was sadly disappointed. The taste and texture did not even remotely resemble whipped cream. I have been vegan for 30+ years and am familiar with most If not all the substitutes out there but this one was, by far, the most disappointing. EDIT: I left a review on this yesterday based on the first package I made (I bought two). I was basing it on how the first one turned out using the instructions on the back. I made the 2nd pkg yesterday afternoon at my bakery. I used 1.5 tsp of earth balance butter in lieu of the oil and mixed it in a stand mixer (not hand held). It tuned out much fluffier and had a bit lighter shade than the other one I made which was more of a taupe color and was greasy and runny. While this one still lacked flavor, the consistency came out much closer to whipped cream. You could add a bit of vanilla or peppermint extract for some much needed flavor. With some work this is doable. A lot of work, especially when there a couple vegan ones on the market that are frozen (ex. So Delicious) and less expensive.

**Q: Is it possible to whip this in a canister with an N2O charger?**

**Q: Is it possible to use this for baking. I want to make KrumKake and it has to be whipped and incorporated with other ingredients and fried on an iron?**
A: I used it for a cranberry salad that called for whipped cream and it worked quite well (I was nervous it wouldn't).  Like most GF/DF products I whipped with a tad less water and a tad more oil to make sure it was thick.  Not sure about cooking however.

**Q: How many of these would I need to replace 8oz container of Cool Whip?**
A: I always buy 2 to be safe, One whips up to about 2-3 cup.

**Q: Can this be made without the oil? If not, what type of oil should be used?**
A: Yes, it can be whipped without oil. In fact, if you accidentally get too much oil, it won't whip well. However, the oil makes the texture better. It coats your mouth more like traditional toppings and allows you to taste the flavor more. The texture is more like fluff without the oil. We have used vegetable, canola, and melted coconut oil with success and assume other oils would work too.

### ⭐ Flat & nothing like whipped cream!

Flat & nothing like whipped cream not even the color! Was expected something similar to whipping cream but non dairy. I was very disappointed! Not only was the texture runny but the color was also light brown vs white and definitely not the white color and texture that was pictured! It also tasted bland even if you added more sugar. There was also a weird aftertaste. Will not buy again!
