This brush worked better than most at detangling my hair. It really racked up points in prevention of excess shedding. There was noticeably less shedding and pulling on my hair with this brush. I actually liked this brush better than both Felicia Leatherwood’s brush and the tangle teaser. My hair is a mixture of 4a and 4b.
