I have never had a complaint with this product, other than the fact the refills have now become discontinued for the Magic Reach and you cannot find them anywhere in any store. I had to go online and get them from Amazon.com now and hope I can still get them in the future, because this scrubber sure saves your back while cleaning!!!I hate when a company does this to you, they get you started on a great product , then discontinue it soon after!
