About six months ago I adopted a rescue kitty. He loves the new Fancy Feast Broths and he always has the dry food in his bowl. We bought larger bags that are much cheaper but sometimes heavier, so I started checking out ways to make it easier to fill up his dish with making a mess. On Amazon, I found a Rubbermaid, type plastic container on wheels and it holds a lot of the dry cat food. I was using a cup, but sometimes it didn't pour right and some would end up on the floor. That is when I found this scoop. It is the perfect size and fills up Toby's bowl with the exact amount of food. It also pours well and I have no trouble with food spilling. Best of all the price was great and I was able to solve the problem inexpensively. Finally the plastic on the scoop seems to be well made and it should last for years.
