Easily and completely removes paint, grease and organic stains from concrete.
Apply TC-700 with a brush or rag after pressure washing or scrubbing. Leaves no residue.
Follow up with Herco PSC Primer and H-55 Coating (not included) to seal your pond.
Safe and effective Eco-friendly formula.

The HERCO Pond Coating system is formulated and manufactured by Hecht Rubber Corporation specifically for coating, sealing and leak-proofing fish ponds. The elastomeric nature of the coating allows for shifting of the substrate, such as may occur during seasonal changes. We recommend using our cleaner and primer products for surface preparation before applying coating.
