NO ISSUE for my use... I put 4 handfuls in blender, and 10 oz water, blend and drink glass a day for nutritional benefit. One box - used as I say above - will last you 6-8 days - well worth if for your health. It is supposedly nutrient rich, and a powerful healer. Just finished my first box today, and have a second box to go through. If you will use it as a drink like me, do so at NIGHT as - it is also a body CLEANSER, which is GOOD, but that makes you tired. However, if you are headed to bed, this is actually a PLUS. So - drink sometime between supper and bedtime. So...it ADDS powerful nutrients, and REMOVES poisons. It is considered a POWERFUL healer among Africans, who have a different name for it. English name for Molokhia is 'JUTE'.
