I reduced my intake down to the recommended dose of one per day and the burping went away. WHAT I NOTICED: The first thing I noticed was the amount of phlegm I was coughing up and blowing out. Next, I noticed I could breath a little better. This was only after four to five days. The lump under my chin was completely gone.
