First of all, I have very thin fine hair which dries out and damages very easily. This shampoo is perfect for my hair in that it gives it moisture without weighing it down. I then use a conditioner(another brand) after. It has the most wonderful scent, I wish I could find a body wash that smelled like this. I love this shampoo and I'm glad I decided to try it because I was hesitant to purchase a brand I haven't heard of. This is now "my shampoo". I love it (p.s. I like it and the matching conditioner except I will not buy the conditioner again as the bottle is impossible to squeeze so I have to take the cover off and keep slamming the bottle opening against my hand for some of the thick conditioner to come out. The conditioner itself works fine but it's hell getting it out of the bottle so will not buy the conditioner again.
