**Q: I ordered 2 of these. Why did one come with 4 and the other come with only 2?**
A: Good question. Should be a set of 4 in each set.

**Q: But will they come off? I just moved to a new apartment, wondering if it's worth buying these or a different toilet seat. Thanks!**
A: My experience is that the adhesive does not hold more than a few days.  The bumpers themselves are of good quality, but the adhesive can't keep its hold. I'm thinking of trying a strong glue.

**Q: Why is this needed besides the level issue?  Will the bidet be damaged because of the unbalanced weight without this?**
A: The Bidet attachment raises the seat a bit towards the rear. I believe it will create an imbalance that will potentially damage the bidet, the seat or both. I think it is worth it, however you will need to invest in a little extra strength adhesive and put special care into applying them. The bidet itself is a great accessory and it works really well. I've purchased these bumper kits from various manufacturers....none of them work without the extra adhesive. Hope that answers your question.

**Q: Will these work on a regular (non-bidet) toilet seat to keep it from sliding?**
A: Yes, these bumpers should work on a regular toilet seat that does not have a bidet installed.

works like a dream, easy to install. Because bidets vary in terms of how far forward or back they are installed, I made the mistake of placing the back ones exactly as shown in the installation instructions then found out it conflicted with the back of the bidet (mine's Tushy) and the seat wouldn't go down properly. I was lucky to be able to pull off the back bumpers and reposition them within a minute or so without damaging too much of the adhesive off the bumpers. Despite this, adhesion is excellent and product works beautifully.
