You don’t have to follow everything to the letter - I boil rice rather than use the plastic pouches for example - but the flavours here are fantastic. Who knew adding orange juice and a cinnamon stick to bolognese could make such a difference!

This is a fantastic book. Loads of brilliant ideas and really quick recipes. You don’t have to follow everything to the letter - I boil rice rather than use the plastic pouches for example - but the flavours here are fantastic. Who knew adding orange juice and a cinnamon stick to bolognese could make such a difference!

I have several of this series, but this is my favourite, with recipes that I have made over and over again, such as the lemon, courgette and crispy caper salad and the broccoli mango and miso salad. They are simple and very tasty.
