All the rice balls came out evenly and I was able to make them with filling. Definitely make sure you wet your molds first so the onigiri doesn’t stick to it! The big one is the perfect size for a quick to go meal and the small is good for bento and snack sizes. The bags were easy to use and the stickers are well made and have space to write down the flavors. Make sure the rice is tightly packed before pressing on the cover, so it will be much easier to slide out of the mold. In my case, onigiri is the keto version thus the "rice" is actually cauliflower rice and didn't have a problem using it, just slide in into the plastic wrapping and sealed it with the sticker.
