You can choose to use the heatsink included or the one from your motherboard. The value is pretty good for a fast 2TB SSD. Will fit in any M.2 slot however you will need a gen 4 compatible motherboard to get the full speed. Felt very high quality and works perfectly. Have used for about 3 months so far and have had no problems.
