I do read reviews before I purchase and I saw some negative reviews, something about the poles, but I would say as long as you open and close it properly, they are definitely quite strong and should hold up for many years. I did decide to get separate weights for the 4 poles (40 pounds total), as I thought it might be quicker than using the 4 stakes, and it worked really well. But I’m sure the stakes would have done equally well. I ordered the weights that I found on the same page as this item, and they were so easy and quick to use. Love the canopy. Unfortuantely a storm broke some pieces. Do you sell replacement parts?** A: I didn't use mine right away and so I set it up a couple days ago. It just rained and the thing broke! I would have to say this thing is the worst canopy ever! **Q: How easy is it to get back into the carry case when you take it down?** A: Getting the frame back into the case is very easy- even for one person. We didn’t even try to get the cover back in, however. If a person wanted to take the time to fold it precisely, maybe it’s possible. Ours just goes into a 5 gallon pail. Love the easy set-up too. Again, easy for one person doing it alone. **Q: If I leave the cover on do I undo the Velcro tabs or leave them fastened?** A: Only the white ones. Leave the corners attached. **Q: Can this be screwed in the ground** A: Not sure what you mean by “screwed in”, but they come with useless tie down hooks you can push into the ground.
