It works well but make sure you center the cone on the attachment, if not you will get leakage coming out the side.It doesn’t hold a lot of meat but just enough for my summer sausage. I don’t make sausage frequently so this item works out great.

This stuffer does a great job on small batches of meat, typically a pound or two. It generates plenty of pressure, and is easy to load and to clean. includes the two most common tune sizes. A great buy for the price, really good for beginners.
