**Q: Does the adapter include the black tubing that runs from the tank to the check valve and to the so clean sanitizer? if not how do i find it?**
A: No it did not I kept my old tubing. The tubing provided with my So Clean  is long enough to cut a section of tubing to use for connection to the tank,

A: The gasket (rubber seal) is NOT included with the cover. I use gaskets from other supply orders.

A: I am not sure … I have the air sense 10
