## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this carrier bag protect the user from any of the heat made by the machine ?  When i use the portable over-shoulder machine, it gets too hot!**
A: I don't think the vac should ever put off so much heat that it concerns you.  Since it does, I'd contact the manufacturer for a possible defect.  I know these Hoovers inside and out having used them for over 20yrs - I've never had one get hot.  The portable cover should, in my opinion, be used only as a convenience for carrying tools and the waiste strap.

**Q: does this holds all the attachments?**
A: Yes, it can hold all the attachments.  I didn't put in the larger floor attachment but it could probably fit as well.

**Q: There is no place to store the cord in this porta pack.**
A: You roll it up and snap it in place at the handle.  Works really well.

**Q: I can't squeeze the waist strap clip to get it off.  with effort, i can get it on, but i need help to take it off.  anyone else have this problem?**
A: I never used the waist straps I don't even have them attached to mine. I only use the shoulder strap.

I used this vacuum at work as a house cleaner. It's extremely handy for vacuuming stairs, hard floors and even vehicles. I love my mini-vac!
