More of a lightweight resistance band
It isn't as sturdy, meaning it doesn't give as much resistance as my last green band I was replacing. It seems very light weight, not a medium weight resistance.

BUYER BEWARE
I needed a band to replace mine, which I broke. I bought this based on the description. However, this IS NOT the same band used by Cathe Friedrich. Cathe uses NON-LATEX TPE bands. THIS BAND HAS LATEX IN IT, which is clearly marked on the package. I'll keep this and use it, but I won't be buying another one.

Love this band~
Perfect for workouts. If you use the Cathe band, this is exactly the same only more durable. Would recommend and can be used for a variety of workouts.

Perfect band fo workout videos!
Many bands are too short to effectively use to perform the exercises in workout videos. This band is the perfect length! I am an intermediate exerciser and find the medium resistance meets most of my workout needs.
