I have orthostatic problems and get dizzy if I'm standing up for more than 10 minutes or so. So this was a lifesaver when I installed it two years ago. But this last year my condition has gotten better and I rarely use it anymore. But that's not the only reason. The nuts that keep the screws from rotating came loose about six months ago and I found myself crashing to the floor. One of the front legs got unscrewed. Without the nuts to secure it, I found that the legs rotate just a little bit every time you sit down on it.
