Then it worked on my forehead. But when. I place the device on my cheeks and jaw, my face won't twitch very much anymore. The manual says for best results use every other day. So could it be possible that my muscles are so tight right now that the twitching stopped for a few days? And maybe after about a day or two my muscles will twitch again? Idk. I also hear that you aren't supposed to use a device with this many amps but once every 24 hours or so. Maybe that's why.Update: it turns out I was right about the device. I started out on high for the first two days so my muscles needed a break. After researching faradic pulse and muscle contraction, I learned thar poor contractions with the device is because to much lactic acid build up, over worked muscles and or not removing all of the dirt and oil from skin. After resting for two days I used the device today and it works like a charm. Guess I should've followed the manual that says use every other day. I used it for almost 40 minutes on both sides of my face so that was my problem. Couldn't get my face to twitch for two days. Also don't use with wet hands because water can get in the device through the cracks. I'm pleased with it as of now, and it's definitely better than nuface. I used nuface for two years. Problem with nuface is it just retrains your muscles to sit in the old position, which is almost like botox, but it does nothing to build muscle tone.Second update guys. My face is amazing! The muscles in my face sit up high and there's an increase in volume. At some point I became worried that my face might start looking buff lol. But thata not the case, but I recommend only using the device every other day for two to three weeks and then using twice a week or once a week to keep the tone of your muscles just like if you worked out your body. I'm surprised I like this more than nuface! I didn't get an increase in volume with nuface, the only thing I got was my muscles sat up for a few days. With this you get the lift and the increase in muscle volume. But yeah I wouldn't over do it because you might start looking a little muscular in the face lol. Like around the jaw. It is very much like and uses the same principle of the more expensive type. They average about $100. This one is a little strong, but I've learned to press lighter, when the battery fresh. A certain celebrity (blond actress/singer) had/has a product that I loved and looks very much like this. I have used hers for years. But, to get a new one (and the only place that I know of to purchase it is on the celebrities web site and it is $100 or more.I bought an extra one of these in case I need it in the future.
