I've been wearing the watch for a week so it's still in a break-in period and working very nicely. Daily checks show +3 to +4 sec/day consistently, which is pretty typical for a non-chronograph. Another reviewer mentioned that the circular grooves on the inner portion of the dial were not present, but they are definitely on mine. However, the grooves can only be seen when the dial is illuminated from the side -- can't see them when looking straight on without side lighting, so don't expect them to be an obvious adornment. A couple minor points: The hour and minute hands are highly polished metal and tend to reflect the background lighting. This is not a problem except when reflecting a dark object or background in which case the hands can be a little difficult to quickly read against the black dial (just tilt the wrist a little and all is fine). Also, the narrow luminous strips on the hour and minute hands are difficult for me to read at night. Finally, for those planning to re-regulate the watch, the ETA 2836-2 movement has an eccentric regulator "screw" that should make this process easier.UPDATE: I've been wearing the watch continuously for 9 months. No problems. Looks brand new. Watch remains accurate within 5 seconds per day with original factory adjustment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Highly recommend *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2015* I bought this watch after a recent trip to Switzerland.Narrowed it down to the PR100 and the Auto lll Decided on the later because of the day/date after being used to this type.Decided to wait and order from Amazon.Ordered and was really disapointed to find the watch was not as shown.The watch you receive will not have the grooves toward center as shown but will have a solid black dial and will probably have a red number before the day/date however the red prefix can be removed if you google how to do this.Pull stem out half way and turn ccw.It does not tell this in the user manual.I guess this is normally done by the jewelry salesperson.Loving this watch,very nice, very beefy deployment style band. So far although a new purchase is keeping accurate time within few seconds a day.Highly recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars It is a good watch overall *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2015* It is a good watch overall, but the time is not accurate enough. I bought it during Thanksgiving this year and then adjusted it to the official NIST US time. The accuracy is 1 second. After 15 days, I checked it again and found that it is already 4 minutes ahead of NIST US time. I think this is because this watch is a mechanical automatic watch instead of electronic quartz watch.
