I would advise to judge sizing by the length given in cm rather than the UK shoe size stated. My daughter is just about a UK size 9.5 but I measured her shoe in cm and it was closer to the 17cm of the 11.5 UK size of this product. I ordered 11.5 and sure enough it is a little big but not too bad.
