Delivery was marked for about 40+days, yet it arrived in a little over a week. A very pleasant surprise.Re:Lock - The frame is good solid steel. Not breaking it easily. Came with decent english instructions, had it programmed in less than 30 minutes. The scanner worked well enough, reading pirints most of the time missing 2 or 3 times out 40-50 tries, not bad, and since I was testing placement of the fingers, I excepted more failures.Note - I Have nothing to do with the seller just the service should be noted.The bad:Not being a locksmith, I think the lock is not the most secure, a determined thief will get in. Came with 2 keys but only 1 key to remove the magnetic cover over the keyhole. Not a big deal.Unfortunately the lock does not fit my door precisely (lock dimensions fit but the holes and other things do not) so will not be using it yet, but I would buy from this seller again. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars English Programing and then you will get 5 stars easy *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2015* Do you have and English web sight? I can go to so I can understand the programing. There is no way to program this unless I receive better information. The Biometric lock seems to be a very nice lock and I would love to install them on all 5 of my entrances doors but I have to have English instructions first to make the first one work. It took me and my 26 year old son about 5 hours to install the Biometric lock. We had a metal door with wood filling. Cutting the holes can be very tricky. When you get to the very end and your installing the 4 screws that connect the outside to the inside it seems as if the deadbolt will not reach, but if you slowly line everything up and tightening all 4 screws evenly and giggle the dead bolt handle it will line up perfect and function great. I will have to give a low review until I am able to use all the features of the door, I am sure this will work great with some English programing instructions.
