It cuts cleanly and easily, and makes it easy to trim hair with precision. The motor is powerful, and the battery lasts a long time - since using it a few times during the COVID-19 isolation, I have yet to find the clippers to run down at all even after extensive use. The clip-on guides work well to make even amateurs do hair cutting without disastrous results.Some reviewers have contended that this shaver has a plastic cutters, which is far from fact - the cutter is ceramic, which I guess is chosen to provide. a sharp edge which lasts a long time. Certainly seems to cut very well and cleanly.I was disappointed by the delay in delivery by the shipper - one of the reasons for choosing this was an expected short date for delivery. This turned out to be completely untrue as it took a long time to finally get here. If the shipper had just said how long it would take I would not have been frustrated, but their untrue promises over a few weeks led to just that. Also, the instruction "book" is less than useless - how to remove and reinstall the head for cleaning, and how to install the guides, were a) almost unreadable, and b) very confusing.I took 1 star off for these 2 negatives.
