I only received one although it clearly states there are two.

    No rubber tip and useless at ATM machines and card readers that require input via a touchscreen

The product is made of high quality metal but is missing a rubber tip to allow touch screens to recognize it.  Does not work at any ATM that I have used at well over 15 stores that I have visited and tried to use this tool at. I ahve yet to see it work on a touch screen.  I would buy a similar version but with a rubber tip.Good for open doors and cabinets, but that is it.

It took almost three weeks to get these gadgets, but they were worth the wait! The ingenuity and usefulness are amazing. Now I won't be touching elevator buttons or openings doors or picking up packages. This device is beyond useful!!!
