I can no longer swallow those dry “horse pills” typical of too many supplements (and probably take hours to break down in the stomach), and cause upset stomach. THESE are CHEWABLE, PLEASANT TASTING, (not chalky), And Do the Job! THEY come in different strengths, so you might want to check with your dr. Before choosing. (My husband takes the stronger dose per his dr.) I take it weekly, and my bloodwork is now ‘spot on’! It maybe a little more expensive, but my husband and I agree, it’s worth every penny! We Highly Recommend!!
