We bought it for our 18 month old, now 3.5 year old, and he has beat it to hell and put on hundreds of miles on it. He’s fallen with it, left it out in the rain and snow, you name it, and it has held up so well. We just got him a new big boy bike and passed the balance bike to his younger brother, also at 18 months old, and he has figured out how to ride it in about an hour.
