The media could not be loaded. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. I absolutely LOVE this hoop & guarantee this will be used & abused for years to come. I've had it up 4 days now & it's been used no less than 3 hours each day. My two boys (11 & 9) love it. One-on-one, horse, & dunk competitions all evening. I have used it a bunch too. The only reason I wouldn't give it a full 5 star is because I think the backboard is a little small for the rim size. This 12" rim really needs a wider & taller backboard.Build: Strong & sturdy. The backboard responds like a real gym hoop. The rim has an ever-so-slight give when the ball hits it - giving it a realistic sound & feel. The rim is the highest quality. The spring is super heavy duty & is better than the metal springs you see in other break away hoops. This one is quiet & hounds like an NBA hoop. The design is perfect as it comes out several inches from the wall. This gives space for the kids to hammer dunk it (pic & video attached). I used a couple 1x3 hardwood floor pieces to reinforce the studs. Solid as can be.Looks: Incredible!! When I have the garage door open & people drive by they slow down to look. There's nothing better on the market - I've researched.Price: Worth every penny. It's more solid than my in-ground Spalding Pro NBA hoop out back. Feels like a legit gymnasium style hoop that goes in your house or garage. You do get what you pay for & I decided to pony up on this one & am not disappointed.

Installation was easy, I plan on having this hoop for a long time. This product is made to last, hopefully it will be used as my young boys and girls get older and become interested in the game of basketball. It was pricey but well worth it, it is a regulation basketball hoop shrunken down to fit in your household and I haven't stopped shooting since we installed it. Great product!

Bought a new house and knew right away we needed an indoor hoop for for the game room. Did a bunch of research and the top reviews on this system are spot on. Durable is an understatement. The wall will fall down before the hoop shows any signs of wear. If I had to be picky the only thing I would recommend would be options for walls with different stud lengths than what is standard. I needed to put in 2x4s to reinforce with the studs on my wall. Not a huge deal but took more time to mount and I wish it was flush with the wall. Not changing the rating from a 5 because it is amazing and my kids love it. 100% recommend to anyone who enjoys basketball.

Wanted a mini basket in the house for my 11 year old daughter who plays in a competition league. She plays every minute she can. This was one of the larger rim/ball combo's of the mini's (ball is the same size as her skilz agility training balls. I decided to go all out and put it in the sunroom and used 2" foot tape for the lines. I placed the rim at 8' so she could work on her post moves with the agility ball and not be able to dunkl. She loves it! Knockout is crazy fun with this setup. Very solid construction and simple to install if your studs are the typical 16" on center. It's a kid magnet.

The media could not be loaded. This is the BEST mini basketball hoop on the market. I installed it in my gym to add a fun and unique twist to the workouts, and for chillin’ with clients. The rim is 8 feet tall. My client in the video is 5’ 8”. I am really impressed with the quality, look, and feel. It’s great, and worth spending a little more for. The reason for the 4 stars is that it really should have a spring for the breakaway rim. It comes with a plastic piece that I replaced with a heavy duty spring (circled in pic). Also, the backboard needs to be bigger and proportionate to the rim. An upgrade backboard that would be easy to replace and install where the other one is, would be awesome.

This thing is awesome! The quality of construction is amazing. I don't see how you could damage this thing, it's extremely sturdy. You will rip the studs out of your wall before the goal breaks. I'd say any kid and most adults could dunk and even hang on this thing. I'm 6ft 250 pounds and my brother is 6'6 230 and we both go to hoop hard and this goal can't even tell were scoring all 10's in our living room dunk contest. It's well worth the money, shipped very fast, came with a ball too. If you're considering buying this, get it you won't regret it. Btw I'm 29 yo and my brother is 24 it's mounted in our living room wall, our downstairs neighbors probably hate us but ball is life...

The item is very well made; it could be argued that it is made too well. However, it is made of heavy duty metal components, is easy to install (two people recommended) and looks like an authentic basketball goal in miniature. The price was a little on the high side but I felt that the difference in a similar product would amount to a few dollars per year of use and it appears thus far, it will get plenty of use. And I must say, and maybe I was just fortunate, the delivery service could not have been better. If you've got a young person interested in round ball, he or she will love this.

A great addition to our game room! My 2 year old son is going to love growing up with this! It looks strong enough to survive the years with older cousins and potentially overly “hydrated” house guests. I’ll take the advice of others and use wood supports to reinforce the studs and protect the drywall. Thanks! This thing is sweet!
