A: I have no idea, it will be down to your preference

**Q: Are they good for longer journeys? 5 days, around 4 hours per day**
A: No,  I'm a 36' waist with thick cycling quads/legs and these are far to short in the legs and keep riding up to my crotch, so don't work for me.

**Q: Do these shorts help reduce chafing in the inner thigh area? For a bigger person**
A: I find they do - comfortable and no chafing to date - sizing is on small side so get one size bigger than you normally would

**Q: hi, are do the different colours have different amunts of gel or is one colour more comfortable than another colour please?**
A: It’s been awhile since I bought them but they definitely have the same amount of gel and pretty sure they only come in red…

Cheap. Main flaw is the length; when cycling they travel up into the groin and and causing soreness.Cushioning leaves a lot to desire. It is not near good enough.
