I purchased for PALS courses. The mannikin head was quite a bit smaller than I imagined. I would compare the size to a premature infant. For someone who doesn’t intubate kids on a daily basis, it’s a challenge to intubate on the first try in a timely manner. But infants aren’t know for having easy airways, so I can appreciate that.
