The magnetic bit holder seems to be just powerful enough to hold the bit in place, without being too strong to the point where you can only remove it using pliers. You can lock it in 3 positions (Counter clockwise, locked and clockwise) and it works very smoothly. The handle has a nice anti-slip rubber and it seems to be very well made, providing a great grip. It is pricy, but Gedore is probably the best brand of tools in the world and it should last a life time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars First observations. *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2023* Just initial observations are that the ratcheting mechanism is extremely smooth and impressive. The dial to change the directions of ratcheting and to lock were difficult to control at first. Seems like this aspect could be better designed to be a more solid movement right and left. Seems sloppy as is .The handle is a little straight for my liking from front to rear of handle.
