My feet, shins, calves and knees have done various degrees of shouting in the past and now I'm getting older I am paying more attention to the root of the issues. Having worn these insoles for a week and put them through their paces, so to speak, I'm impressed. These are true to size and I found them to give comfortable arch support. The arch support isn't as high as some insoles I have worn and within a short while of walking I barely notice them doing their job. They have a mild amount of cushioning and would classify them as firm underfoot but not hard or uncomfortable. At the end of a 10-mile walk, my feet and legs are not shouting or crying to get out of the shoes, which says a lot. With a thinner amount of cushioning than some sporty insoles I've tried, they are of a slimmer profile and therefore more likely to fit a greater range of shoes. After 2 weeks of wearing them, I'm noticing how much harder they feel. I have marked down 1 star not because they are uncomfortable but because they are not as cushioned on the heel and ball of the foot as I'd like given the amount of daily punishment my feet take. Would I buy them again?
