This is the first twist lock carabiner I could actually get to work easily 1 handed. While holding the carabiner in one hand, I can use either a single finger or thumb (depending on the orientation of the carabiner) to twist the lock and open it. Other, cheaper, twist lock's I've gotten work but tend to stick if you try to use them one handed. These Black Diamond Twistlock Carabiners are the best.
