This printer is a beast, was able to print ...
This printer is a beast, was able to print pla, abs and dialing in on pteg. Only issue I had was when I had a clogged nozzle and asked for the details on the nozzle they gave me the wrong ones and had to return the ones I bought and get the correct ones. Plus side though they reimbursed me for the nozzles on the second run

Wow!!! Incredible machine excellent design and quality
This Machine is awesome.I have the the Robo R2 and the instone is so much better. Cathy at the instone customer service on website is awesome. Incredible response time and incredible service. Much better the other companies I have dealt with. She helped with a few issues and supplied everything I needed and made me a very happy customer. The quality on this machine is incredible I use Nylon carbon Fiber and it literally looks like it was mold injected. The machine is solid and a work horse. I would recommend this machine over any other and believe me I’ve tried many of them.Ohh and no one paid me for this review.Buy it you won’t regret it, its worth every penny,

Great 3D printer for beginners, but could be better.
I ordered this InStone 3D printer. It arrived fast and safely in earli this week. The outer box is pretty steady and looks decent, and the main machine were packed carefully but easy to open. But the inner little box containing most of little stuff looks a little messy and did not be well organized. The printer itself looked cute and friendly to use, and the closed space is good for 3D printing. I tried to print a samples with the preloaded file in the SD card, a green monster. It looked quite nice, better than I expected. The glass on the platform can be easily taken out to remove the product, which is convinent and straightforward. The cable on the printer top is not well designed and sometimes made a little block for smooth printing, and the opterating interface and manual could be better though. For the price I ordered ($509), this 3D printer works great and worth the money, but also need further improvement. I believe that it is a good product for beginners. I will take it to my lab and print some protein structures and other useful model or little unusual tools/adaptors. Later, I'll update other printed litte models.

A very sleek looking and great performing printer out of the box
CONS: I would actually give this a 4.5 Star because there are a couple small things I would like to see improved. Be careful with brittle filament because it will most likely break when machine homes during print cycle. Filament spool is too small for most common filament spool sizes but works great with the Instone filament.PROS: Setup was easy. Printer prints awesome with minimal adjustments to retraction speed, temperature and travel speed. I have printed at .2 and .1 and the layers look awesome. Filament loading is easy. I have only printed with PLA and although I am running the heated bed, I have had zero part warping on parts that are near the size of the bed. I have had brim curl on occasion but not the physical parts. I tried using the included craft glue, but my UHU stick worked much better. I can't say enough good about this printer. I feel like I got my money worth when I purchased it for $599.00. Normally I would recommend a DIY as a first printer, but if you just want to get up and going, this printer has been amazing. I will be trying ABS at some point, but the PTFE in the heat break will limit my use of it. I can't wait to see what else these guys come out with.

One Star
Never got to try it out. The printer arrived with a bent build plate bracket.

Needs improvements in several areas. 1- glass plate to thin 2- extruder clogs up to fast 3- cover to shallow 4- spool holder
At first it started to print nice after I install simplify3D, the machine lasted only two days. Then it stopped working. The glass plate breaks easy if your not careful to thin. It clogs up to fast after a few prints. I own 7 3D printers and I was going to add this one as well but failed to soon.

Defective unit, I suppose. Left a bad taste.
Finally bit the bullet and bought a 3D printer. Spent an hour trying to level it, before realizing it was impossible, because the entire piece that holds the plate is crooked. I tried to straighten it, but that wasn't possible. When i did the guided leveling, it was so crooked, that it would jam up to the nozzle and keep trying to go, and then scrape it across to the next point, forcefully shoving the plate and arms down. Nope. Returned.
