I gave this pilates stick to my friend and she was very happy. I am also using them, they are really effective for leg training, because using these Pilates sticks can put you under muscular stress, so you usually don't need to use classic fitness equipment. They are also useful for quiet training at home and helping yourself with stretching exercises (for example, the hamstrings). Everything is perfect, the quality of the fabric seems to be good, and the price is very low, so I definitely recommend: If you are an athlete, then this pilates stick is always "accessible."

I started training in the gym 1 month ago and I used similar pilates sticks in my room, so I kept looking for them because I wanted to use them to train at home when I was not in class.I'm a bit skeptical, because I haven't seen this kind of product before, I will feel the quality will not work, only to find out later that this is a new product, they are simply perfect! The materials are very good and are exactly what I was looking for, they are as sturdy as I use in the gym. I recommend this pilates bar kit to anyone who wants to do physical exercises at home.I think I will buy other things from this brand, and I will have everything I need, and my figure will become better and better with constant practice.
